Refund Policy


   Cancellations are only accepted if requested within 24 hours of placing the order.  Once order is packaged for shipment a cancellation will not be accepted unless within the original 24 hour window.  



  If you are unhappy with your purchase please contact us at within 48 hours of receiving product.  Please include order #, your name and a brief description of the issue.  To be eligible for a full refund product must be returned at buyers expense, in the same condition that it was received (unused and in the original packaging).  Please also include the original invoice with returned item. 

  Once item is received and approved for return an email will be sent to notify the acceptance of the return and a refund will be processed.  Refunds can take a few days to process, and will be issued in the form of payment received. NO CASH will be sent, and only original cards that made the purchase will be credited.  

   In the cases where refunds are not accepted, an email fully detailing the reason for denial will be sent. Instances in which a refund is denied could include (but are not limited to) situations where products are returned in used or damaged conditions (previously undisclosed by buyer), not including original packaging or invoice, or missing items.  To avoid potential denial of refund please contact us before sending in return. 

   Additional items not eligible for returns (not including seller error or damaged products:

  • Customized products
  • Digital/Downloadable content
  • Gift cards
  • promotional items such as sale freebies or samples hold no refundable value


Damaged Items/Exchanges:

   In the event that an order arrives damaged or otherwise unusable, please contact via email Include your name, order #, a brief description of the damage and photos of the damage.  Appropriate replacement/exchange will be decided based on information given.  Replacements will be sent at no additional cost to the buyer.  If an exchange is deemed necessary, the buyer is responsible for the cost of return shipment.  Exchanged items will be sent at sellers expense once returned item is received.

Return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer (unless previously agreed upon). Please consider tracking or insurance if you are returning large value orders.
