Shipping Policy


 All orders are processed in the order they are received. Processing time averages 7-10 business days (excludes weekends and holidays) and may be extended during times of increased business such as collaborative sales events.  Processing times will always be posted at the top of the home page and will be updated as adjustments are made.  You will receive an email notification confirming your order and another email notification when your order is shipped.

 To best serve our customers, all domestic orders (within the United States) have flat rate shipping and are shipped via USPS First Class. All orders include a tracking number (provided in shipping notification) which can be used to check the status of your shipment.  Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update.

  Free shipping is offered on orders over $35.  This total must be reached before any added sales tax or shipping cost and after any discounts are applied.  Any questions regarding free shipping can be addressed by emailing us at
